Action hero and Rustom star Akshay Kumar talks about daredevil stunts


Bollywood action hero Akshay Kumar has done several daredevil stunts in his films and says that the action genre has undergone changes over the years. In his opinion, action sequences have changed due to influx of foreign technology from places like China and Australia.

Akshay Kumar has admitted that the Bollywood film industry has started to get help from Hollywood, from the Chinese film industry, from Hong Kong and Australia - it is the new technology. As a result, there has been a lot of changes (in action) and it will continue. As the business of the films increase, so will the action change. His latest film Rustom is based on the theme of infidelity and extra-marital relationships. It is based on the case of naval officer K.M. Nanavati and the murder of his wife’s lover. Other stars in the film are Ileana D’Cruz, Esha Gupta, Arjan Bajwa and Pavan Malhotra and it is set to release on August 12.
