Tom Hiddleston denies that he would be next James Bond

Actor Tom Hiddleston has denied that he is in line to play the next James Bond and he wants that these rumors stop. Responding to gossip that he is favorite to take on the iconic role of the British master spy James Bond, Tom said that people have very strong opinions about Bond. He was talking at the US premiere of his hit TV series The Night Manager in Los Angeles.
This has been reported in news.sky.com dated 6 April 2016.
Speculations are rife on who will don the mantle of James Bond next and, the present actor Daniel Craig has not yet ruled himself up officially. Hence, many names are cropping up and among them, Tom Hiddleston is the bookies' favorite ahead of Tom Hardy, Damian Lewis, Idris Elba, Aidan Turner and Henry Cavill.
Poor Tom is in a quandary - he hasn't spoken to anyone who makes those films. He wants the rumors to stop because he does not have any power over it. In fact, being famous means one has no control over other people's opinions.
